Finance Manager
Mary Ann Poole began working in the Shiner Physical Therapy Clinic in 2008 as an Office Manager and was happy to accept the opportunity to join the administrative staff in 2017 taking on the role of Financial Controller. She feels like the years have just flown by and says she has thoroughly enjoyed working with the CHPT staff and with the patients. Mary Ann does many jobs for CHPT and she is an expert at insurance credentialing/contracting. She works hard to insure all patients get the most from their insurance coverage so they can receive the incredible benefits of physical therapy. Mary Ann has three children and four grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family and especially spoiling the grandchildren. She has been able to live out her dream of working from home since the latter part of 2017. She enjoys many outdoor activities but especially hiking and biking. Mary Ann feels she is super blessed to be a part of the ever-growing CHPT family and playing a part in people receiving the healing and wellness they deserve.
