Physical Therapy Services
We use a method based on McKenzie principles for the spine and extremities. McKenzie is a comprehensive approach based on a cause and effect relationship between a baseline pain and then the pain response to a repeated test movement. This allows the underlying problem to be identified through objective measurements unique to each patient, which in turn, allows the therapist to alleviate the pain. That, however, is only the first step.
We will also work with you to identify the daily activity or posture that causes this pain and interrupt that repeated behavior or motion.
