Sarah Kremling joined the CHPT family November of 2021, as a Physical Therapy Technician and is now our Patient Advocate. Sarah graduated from Blinn College with an Administrative Office Specialist Certification in 2005 and worked for Lavaca County Auditor’s Office for 8 years. After careful consideration she decided to continue her education and attend Blinn College again in 2011 to obtain her Pharmacy Technician License and Certification. She then became a Pharmacy Technician and served the community for 10 years. After her career in Pharmacy, Sarah decided she wanted a more hands on approach when interacting with patients. By joining the CHPT team, she has been able to do just that. Sarah was born and raised in Hallettsville and enjoys the small town, country lifestyle. She has 3 beautiful daughters, Rebecca, Amy, and Kelly, and they enjoy sports, fishing, traveling, and spending time with family.
