Speech Language Pathologist
Lauren Pasak is a speech-language pathologist who has been practicing speech therapy since 2011. Lauren was born and raised in Moulton as a member of the Zidek family. She is a graduate of Texas State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders. Lauren earned her Master of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Houston. She has worked primarily in the area of adult speech and swallowing disorders in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, home health, and hospitals. Lauren specializes in the area of dysphagia, or swallowing disorders, where she has gained advanced knowledge while working in rehabilitation hospitals and long-term acute care hospitals. She has 2 children, lives in Hallettsville, and enjoys outdoor adventures such as hiking and camping.
