Patient Care Coordinator
Sally Zappe has been with CHPT since June of 2018 as the Patient Care Coordinator. As the PCC she has the privilege of working with the patients, therapists, and doctors. Sally helps to keep all transitions smooth and continuous. Meeting new faces is one of Sally’s favorite parts of the job. She is a graduate of Texas State University where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. After graduation she worked in the finance world for 4 years in Austin, Texas before moving back to Hallettsville. She then acquired a Texas Educator Certification of Business to become a junior high and high school teacher. Sally taught for 13 years as a Business and Technology teacher before finding her way to the CHPT family. Sally has two children with her husband, Kevin and in their spare time they enjoy sports, music, cooking, and outdoor fun.
